MAKER FRIENDLY RETURN POLICY

What is your Return Policy?

We have a Maker Friendly 30 Day Return Policy. 
(The 30 day period begins the day the order is shipped from our facility.)

We accept returns on unused and unmodified WIKDITs that are returned in their original packaging and are free of any damage from shipment or storage. To initiate a return, please, contact us via the form below.

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please, understand that orders of 200 or more WIKDITs that are returned will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. 

Once received, we process returns within 3-5 business days and promptly issue a refund, less shipping or restocking fees, to the original purchase method. You will receive an email confirmation of the return amount directly to the email address you used when making your purchase. 

Please, allow up to 10 days for some banks and creditors to process return funds. Contact your financial institution directly with any questions regarding when your funds will arrive or when they'll be reflected in your account.
