LET'S MAKE SOMETHING PERFECT

*Safety Disclaimer: WIKDITs are comprised of small plastic parts that can become lodged and will present a choking hazard if swallowed. Always keep WIKDITs, and all candle making supplies, out of the reach of children and pets.*

The Anatomy of a WIKDIT

Now getting started will be easy!

Step 1. Measure the diameter of your candle vessel and begin with your WIKDIT in this position.

Step 2. If your vessel’s diameter is right at, or only slightly under, 3.5 inches, you will be able to use your WIKDIT without its legs as shown here:

Step 3. If your vessel’s diameter is smaller than 3.5 inches, position the WIKDIT’s legs as shown here:

And flip it upside down, like this:

Step 4. If your vessel’s diameter is greater than 3.5 inches, position the WIKDIT’s legs as shown here:

Step 5. Once you have correctly positioned your WIKDIT’s legs based on your candle vessel’s diameter, you can simply slide the legs in or out to quickly adjust the WIKDIT to your vessel helping it stay snuggly against the vessel’s sides.

Step 6. Once you have glued your wick(s), simply string them up through the corresponding WIKDIT holes and you’re ready to pour!

Need an even bigger wicking tool?

WIKDIT was made to go the distance! Simply use one of the legs to connect two (or more) WIKDITs together in any direction to wick extra large, oblong or otherwise uniquely shaped vessels like dough bowls and buckets.

Notes: WIKDITs are heat resistant up to 220°F, so they can safely be placed before or after pouring your wax. If you are working with more intricate wick formations, we recommend placing WIKDITs prior to pouring.

Most wicks will not require any additional measure to secure the wick. However, thin wicks or unbraided wicks may need added support to stay upright once warmed by melted wax. Simply secure the wick to the WIKDIT with a small binder clip or paper clip, or simply bend the wick over and secure it through another hole on the WIKDIT.
