My WIKDIT doesn’t fit my container. What should I do?

WIKDITs fit most containers between 1 inch and 8.25 inches in diameter. However, because WIKDIT is a new, never-before-seen product, sometimes makers need a more thorough visual explanation of how they work.

What is your Return Policy?

We have a Maker Friendly 30 Day Return Policy. 
(The 30 day period begins the day the order is shipped from our facility.)

We accept returns on unused and unmodified WIKDITs that are returned in their original packaging and are free of any damage from shipment or storage. To get more details regarding our Maker Friendly Return Policy or to initiate a return, click here.
